How to call your Friends&Family number in Sri Lanka: dial the access number from your registered phone (CLI) and at the prompt select Sri Lankan number you wish to call by pressing a number from 1-to-9 on your telephone keypad as appropriate.

When you subscribe to eTalk Friends&Family package you can nominate and register Three Indian mobile numbers of your Friend&Family parties from India you wish to call in one Friends&Family group. Your Friends&Family in India must have an Indian Mobile connection from one of the Indian Mobile networks except from BSNL network before you can register them for this service. As per the Fair Usage Policy you are allowed 1,500 minutes of usage for each Friends&Family group per month and this will be equally shared between the 3 x Friends&Family number in the group. If you wish to register only 1 x Friends&Family number in a group, then the total 1,500 minutes can be utilized for calling that 1 x Friends&Family number. If you wish to register only 2 x Friends&Family numbers in a group, then the 1,500 minutes will be equally shared between the 2 x Friends&Family numbers.

If you wish to have additional groups, you may register up to additional 3 x Friends&Family number as the second Friends&Family group on the same eTalk account by paying additional monthly charge of £10. You will be entitled to 1,500 minutes for each group for equally sharing between the Friends&Family number in those additional Friends&Family groups, i.e each Friends&Family group will get 1,500 minutes for sharing between the Friends&Family numbers within that group for £10 monthly charge.

You can only add, remove or change Friends&Family numbers within a group on a new billing date. For an example if you register 3 x Friends&Family numbers in a group and you wish to remove 2 x Friends&Family numbers from that group for utilising all the 1,500 minutes on 1 x Friends&Family number on that group, you are only allowed to remove the 2 x Friends&Family numbers on the next billing date, i.e. on a new billing date. Likewise the same condition will apply for adding new Friends&Family numbers to an existing group or changing existing Friends&Family numbers on a group.

Once you have registered your Friends&Family numbers, you can start making calls to those numbers by simply dialing the appropriate eTalk Friends&Family Access number.
