As per ongoing development work for improving the quality
standards and increasing value for money of our products, we have made
modifications to India Friends&Family service effective of your next billing
date.
From your next billing date you will be able to add 3 x
Friends&Family numbers in India for £10 monthly charge. You can now add any
Indian mobile number from any Indian network except BSNL network numbers as your
Friends&Family connections. Also as per the new Fair Usage Policy we have
introduced you will get a maximum number of 1,500 minutes for sharing equally
between your 3 x Friends&Family numbers (i.e. 500 minutes for each F&F number).
If you decide to have only 1 x Friends&Family number, then you can consume the
total 1,500 minutes for calling that Friends&Family number. If you decide to
have 2 x Friends&Family numbers, 1,500 minutes will be equally shared between
the 2 x Friends&Family numbers (i.e. 750 minutes for each F&F number).
Above is called a Friends&Family group and you are allowed to have maximum 3 x
Friends&Family numbers in the group for £10 monthly charge. If you wish to have
additional groups, you may register additional 3 x Friends&Family number as the
second Friends&Family group on the same eTalk account by paying additional
monthly charge of £10. You will be entitled to 1,500 minutes for each group for
equally sharing between the Friends&Family number in your additional
Friends&Family groups, i.e each Friends&Family group will get 1,500 minutes for
sharing between the Friends&Family numbers within that group for £10 monthly
charge.
You can only add and remove Friends&Family numbers within a group
on a new billing date. For an example if you register 3 x Friends&Family numbers
in a group and you wish to remove 2 x Friends&Family numbers from that group for
utilising all the 1,500 minutes for calling 1 x Friends&Family number on that
group, you are only allowed to remove the 2 x Friends&Family numbers on the next
billing date, i.e. on a new billing date. Likewise the same condition will apply
for adding new Friends&Family numbers to an existing group.
